At Nynarc Coffee, every batch of coffee is roasted and packed to deliver a unique experience based on the selected coffee's flavor profile and characteristics. As coffee is a consumable product and taste preferences vary from person to person, we currently do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on purchased products.
However, if you receive a package that is damaged, defective, tampered with, or has any packaging-related issue, please record a clear unboxing video while opening the sealed package and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Kindly email the video along with your order details to contact.nysabrewingco@gmail.com. Our team will review the issue and get back to you as soon as possible with an appropriate resolution.
We reserve the right to reject claims submitted without an unboxing video or claims reported after the specified timeframe.
